In 2015, long-term colleagues İpek Bozkurt and Berk Ali Çobanoğlu decided to unite their legal know-how and started their own practice under Bozkurt Çobanoğlu.
Their primary goal is to deliver tailor-made legal solutions for their clients through high quality legal service.
Our project lawyers have extensive expertise in business features of projects and disputes. After studying a transaction in detail, our lawyers provide practical and efficient solutions to our clients that fit to the commercial and technical dimensions of the transactions.

In addition to their fierce litigation skills, our Firm prides in its reconciliation abilities in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms which may be more preferential to our clients’ in different cases.

İpek Bozkurt provides advice to domestic and foreign clients in investment projects, mergers and acquisitions and assists corporate transactions. Bozkurt also has experience in domestic and international arbitration. Representing her clients before international and local arbitration tribunals Bozkurt’s legal experience in commercial law and skills as an intense litigator comment each other.
Berk Ali Çobanoğlu and Melda Çavdar Çobanoğlu provide consultancy in Commercial Law, Banking Law and Real Estate Law. As a seasoned litigator, Çobanoğlu and Çavdar advise clients in commercial and labor law disputes.
İpek Bozkurt and Melda Çavdar Çobanoğlu have experience in Family Law. They provide legal assistance to their local and international clients in connection with divorce, custody, marital property, inheritance and compensation disputes.

İpek Bozkurt and Mine Gür have been close friends since Law School. Gür received her L.L.M degree from Boston University and is registered to the San Francisco and New York Bar Associations. She is a respected and well known Immigration Law attorney, and provides consultancy services to Turkish commercial enterprises to be established in the United States of America.
We also have a collaboration network comprising of esteemed lawyers in numerous cities of Turkey, enabling us to effectively and expeditiously follow commercial projects and legal proceedings.
